For a third-party booking (booking through online travel agents such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, HotelBeds, etc.), cancellation must be made directly with the third party. Please contact their customer support team to process a booking cancellation, before the arrival date.
Failure to arrive without contacting Casagrand or third party (online travel agents), the full amount (including any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged.
We are monitoring the situation and we follow the guidelines and recommendations of local, national, international health authorities and governments.
