Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to all bookings. Nevertheless, a few conditions may vary according to the rate chosen during the booking process. Terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between Aspasion Short Rentals SL, who is the owner of this website and provider of the services offered within it, and the people who contract those services (hereafter “the client”).
SERVICE
The reservation gives the client the right to stay in the apartment booked during the rental and access to all the general services of Casagrand Luxury Apartments, specifically the gym, the terrace, the plunge pool and the sauna, in accordance to the rules applying to these services.
The clients’ apartment will be available from 3 pm the day of arrival and he or she should leave it by 11 am the day of departure. Nevertheless, Casagrand Luxury Apartments will always do our best to arrange, if needed, earlier check-in times and later check-out times. In these cases, a surcharge may apply.
CLEANING
The reservation includes a weekly cleaning service s well as a turndown service. The client has the right to set cleaning time, from 9 am to 6 pm, and to refuse the cleaning and/or the turndown service.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
It is expressly forbidden for more guests to stay in the apartment than those stated in the booking (except children under 2 years old), unless expressly authorized by Casagrand Luxury Apartments and on payment of a surcharge. All guests staying at the apartment shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon guest under this document.
PAYMENT
Balance due. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival at the apartment, in cash or by credit card, along with the refundable security deposit and due taxes.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
To cover possible damage to the apartment, Casagrand Luxury Apartments will pre-authorise or deduct an amount of €500 from the customers credit card on arrival. The full amount of the security deposit will be refunded after the stay as long as all conditions have been met.
The deposit will be retained, in whole or in part, if there is any damage caused to the apartment by the customer during their stay.
TAXES
The price includes VAT (10%). However, it does not include Catalonia’s Tourist Tax (6,88 €/person/night).
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Our guests can select the rate that best suits their needs:
Free cancellation rate: Full payment for your booking is due upon arrival. If your booking is canceled up to 48 hours before your arrival date, there will not be any additional charge. If you cancel with less notice or in the case of no-show, 30% of the total price will be charged.
Non-refundable rate: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. This is a non-refundable rate so in case of cancellation or no-show, there will be no partial or full refund.
Unforeseen circumstances. Casagrand Luxury Apartments is not entitled to cancel a booking once a confirmation has been sent. However, there may be circumstances beyond its reasonable control in which the apartments is unavailable for all or part of a rental period. In these cases, Casagrand Luxury Apartments may assign a different apartment to the client, provided that it has similar features. If the client is not happy with the alternative apartment that they have been assigned, they can cancel the reservation and receive a refund of the full amount paid, minus the rent corresponding to the days already spent in the apartment. In these cases, Casagrand Luxury Apartments assumes no responsibility.
LIABILITY
Use of the apartment. By booking on this website, the client and those accompanying him or her undertake to make appropriate use of the rented apartment; in all cases Casagrand Luxury Apartments is exempt from any liability for damages that may be caused by this use.
Valuables. Casagrand Luxury Apartments takes no responsibility for any valuables that the client takes to and/or leaves in the apartment. All the apartments have safes.
Damage caused. The client is responsible for any damage caused in the apartment, except as regards normal wear and tear from everyday use of the apartment.
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
The client shall use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the property and keep the property in clean and sanitary conditions at all times. The client shall refrain from loud noise and shall no disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience other guest, no shall guest use the property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, associations rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the property.
ENTRY AND INSPECTION
Casagrand Luxury Apartments reserves the right to enter at the property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the property. If Casagrand has a reasonable belief that there is a imminent danger to any person or the apartment.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Pets. The presence of animals in the apartments is not allowed.
No smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
Non-compliance. Serious and/or repeated failure by the client to fulfil the conditions established above gives Casagrand Luxury Apartments the right to require that the apartment be vacated immediately, without any compensation.
Acceptance. Booking an apartment with Casagrand Luxury Apartments constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
