Casagrand Barcelona
Designed by Enric Sagnier, a prolific architect and contemporary of Gaudí, the building that today houses Casagrand in Barcelona is part of the city’s modernist legacy.
Its restoration has preserved the original structure and most of the architectural elements, respecting its essence and integrating noble materials and modern finishes that allow you to live in the past with the comforts of the present.
Casagrand Lisbon
Located in the heart of Alfama, the city’s most emblematic district, the building that today houses Casagrand in Lisbon is a living part of the city’s history.
Its restoration has preserved original elements such as traditional tiles, centuries-old walls and handcrafted ceramics, integrating them with a sober and modern design. The result is a space full of nuances, where every detail speaks of respect for the city and its history.

Ezequiel Salzberg
CEO
Ezequiel was born in Buenos Aires and grew up in Barcelona. He graduated in ADE and in 2005 founded Aspasios, Casagrand’s parent company, dedicating himself to his passion: hospitality. He wanted to offer an ideal space for families and groups of friends who are still looking for the essence of luxury travel.
Minerva Lumbierres
Chief Operations Manager
Originally from Aragon, Minerva has a Master’s degree in Tourism Marketing and 20 years of experience in hotel management. Prior to joining Casagrand, she was the manager of a luxury boutique hotel in the center of Barcelona, a member of the exclusive Relais & Châteaux chain. Her greatest satisfaction is to make her clients feel at home.
Marta Arsenio
Front Desk Manager
Portuguese by origin and Barcelona at heart since 2015, Marta fell in love with the city for its energy, gastronomy and culture. She studied Hotel Management in Portugal and a postgraduate degree in Revenue Management, in addition to completing various specialized courses in the sector. After working for international hotel chains, her vocation for hospitality led her to grow professionally to lead the reception team at Casagrand.
Pablo Loaiza
Maintenance Manager
After serving in the Ecuadorian army and humanitarian work in Colombia, Pablo arrived in Barcelona more than 20 years ago. With technical training and experience in maintenance management at a national level, he joins Casagrand with the aim of taking care of all our facilities in detail, ensuring that the experience of our customers is the best in the industry.

Housekeeper
Maylin, originally from Cuba, has been living in Barcelona for 21 years. She studied child psychology in her home country and, since her arrival, has worked in customer service in the hospitality industry.
