A family apartment to connect with the city

Amazing luxury apartment on a quiet street in Alfama! Perfect location to make your home-base when visiting Lisbon. High end everything, cleaning service and great room service made the stay exceptional.

Excellent stay, close to the city center with lots of stuff to do each and every day! Super clean set up in the rooms with excellent room service staff. Our concierge Hugo was excellent and went above and beyond all our expectations, he is truly amazing!!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough if you’re staying in Lisbon!

We had an amazing stay at Casagrand. The newly renovated apartment was amazing. So well designed and decorated and so spacious. We would definitely come back again.

We were on a trip to Lisbon me and my family and found this newly opened place on Airbnb, a gorgeous looking duplex and decided to book it.

To say the place was AMAZING is an understatement, the house was super clean, luxuriously furnished, in a perfect location, and to top it all of the staff were the best I have ever met! Tiago and Hugo were of great help and were so nice with us in every single way. Amazing recommendations, and service that just made our stay in this gorgeous city a million times better.

Great managed apartment. Basically all of the pros of an Airbnb and hotel at once. Really responsive and friendly staff!

We had the privilege to be the first guest of our beautiful unit. The receptionist, Hugo, took time to walk through the property and explain all of the available amenities and restaurant recommendations. The views of Lisboa from the balconies and terrace were spectacular. Each room had a dedicated air conditioner, which was much needed during our stay during a heat wave. However, the AC only cools down to a certain degree. The building is manned by a receptionist until 11pm and is secured via a lock after 11pm. We felt comfortable and really enjoyed our holiday home at Casagrand.

During our time in Lisboa, we had a total blast. Much of that was Thanks to the receptionist Hugo who understood us on a personal level to help us in the best possible way. The help we got were just perfect regarding places to eat, nightlife and culture. I could tell everyone working there did a really good job too, and combined with our apartment having no problems and excellent help within, this experience deserves more than 5 stars. Also i feel the need to mention how good the location of this place is for a quick 5-10 minute walk every place you Want to see.

Had an amazing stay with four of my friends! Thanks to Hugo (the concierge), we got easier around the city and got some really good recommendations for what we should experience. The apartment was stunning and the service was outstanding. I should also add that the apartment had a good location as well, since it’s located in Alfama; the old town, which is quiet at night but not far from sights, nightlife and very good restaurants.
